Services in the Puget Sound Northwest region include Corporate Services, Brokerage and Design and Consulting Services. URS CorporationAwarded strategic planning and transaction implementation for URS Engineer’s Western Region lease portfolio consisting of 88 locations. Successfully implemented lowest cost transactions in Anchorage, Santa Barbara, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Tucson, LA and Fresno.
Washington Mutual BankNegotiated $10.6 million cost savings on a mission critical facility.
